On Ash Wednesday this year Operation Noah launched The Ash Wednesday Declaration which challenges the church to realise that care for God’s creation – and
concern about climate change - is foundational to the Christian gospel
and central to the church’s mission. At our last meeting (further details of which will be posted soon!) we agreed that Reading CEL should be signatories to this declaration and that we would encourage our churches to consider it too.
